Friendly staff: I thought I wouldn't get it because it wasn't there when I made the reservation, but when I checked in, they gave me a room for the handicapped. The staff was very helpful when it was difficult to connect to the internet.

We used this hotel for a pit stop heading south. Although it is located in a busy street, you don't notice this at all in the hotel. The car entrance is via the back in a shared parking garage. Although expensive (18 euro's) it is very good accessible and can be reached via stairs or elevator. The rooms are spacious and have all you need. The airco works and is silent. Hotel has the greatest gym ever. Very big (around 50 m2) with everything you might need. Breakfast superb.

We most appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the staff, particularly a gentleman named Abel Silva. He went out of his way to give us recommendations, directions, pleasantries, etc. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at AC Marriott. Parking was very convenient. On this trip, Marriott hotels stood out for all of the conveniences and comforts, and AC Marriott topped.

Comfy bed, nice additional equipment such as iron and ironing board in room, Nespresso coffee in room, great location, 10min walk to the center of Wurzburg. Lavander bags for better sleep are really a nice touch!

Staff on duty was polite and helpful. Our corner-room overseeing the courtyard was well-insulated, and there was no outside noise. There is nearby parking, and you can choose between covered and open parking. The restaurant is outstanding and comes highly recommended.

Beautiful entrance to this modern and well decorated hotel. Room was large with comfortable beds and pillows. Ensuite walk in shower and well equipped bathroom area.. parking to.rear of.property in secure multi storey carpark. Reception was efficient and friendly with good dining recommendation. Great location for all Wurzburg attractions eith easy walk of 20mins to old town. .

near the train station, 10 minutes by walk. Also near the bus station. Room is clean and with kettle!
